Does he not realize that the domain without his cr@ppy content was probably worth more than the $40 he is selling the site for. I'm sure he is going to stuff up a good domain once his content gets crawled...

 

you guys both simply just need to take that great domain, rebuild the site, then promote the site. that's usually my other clients done with sites I was selling. all contents I filled up now is just to make sure the sites getting well indexed on search engine.
