PR3 General Directory - Free Submission!

Hi,
I expected higher PR for my directory in this update, but it seems that got only PR3 (even iweb tool still predicts PR5 ).
It's no problem! I have time (and plan) to bring it to PR5 (at least ) .
So, I offer free submission until next update. Of course, the all links are permanent, never removed (I promise ).
The rules are very simple:
- No porno, illegal activities, heavy advertisements websites etc.
- Don't submit to main categories.
- Submit to deeper category that most relevent to your site.
- I reserve the right to move any site to category that I think it's best for your sites.
- I reserve the right to decline any sites.
