Yes, even with same design and same hit, it would get average 40-60 dollars in a month. But I must say, I am poor at php and adsense tips, therefore new owner can increase the earnings, if he/she is good at these. Well, first I thought to set a BIN around 500$ (avg. 40$*10 month=400$ + 90~ $ script licence=500) but then I thought it could be better if I see the offers first, so I gave up. And, I don't think to sell it under 500$ because it's not profitable to me at all.
