what happens to the links sold up to now?

 

There's 2 options there.

first option - I could cancel all of the subscriptions, and pro-rate the remaining of the funds back to the advertiser. The new owner would start from scratch and sell the advetising spots.

second option - The new open could keep the links up until the subscriptions have expired, and solicit to advertisers to re-subscribe under the new ownership.

For blog posts, all I ask is that they remain in the database.

Yes it's drupal. No, the tempalte is not 100% unique, but it's close. I took a free template, and heavily modified it.
