Selling PR3 gadget tech blog for sale

Haven't had time to update it really so deciding to sell it on. Have spent the past week working on it though by submitting it to sites as well as posting some articles up.

All the articles on the site are unique and written by myself.

Main PR of the site is PR3, with at least one post being PR4, after being sourced on a high ranked blog (permanent back link).

Forgot to say, revenue is from ad spots on the site. Have only recently added Adsense (in the past week). No adsense earnings as of yet.

Hey, no, there's no BIN in mind, not really. Just decided to see where the auction takes things but, I am open to offers .
Also got quite a few PMs. I forgot to say in the first post, the revenue is from ad spots - one ad spot a month. Have only just put adsense on so no adsense revenue as of yet.

It currently has 19 articles on it, all unique and written by myself. I'm hoping to also post one article a day on it until it's sold, so should be 22 articles when the auction ends .

 

You are using the "minimal" theme from elegant themes and as I understand it their terms are:
"Once you join Elegant Wordpress Theme, you can use each of our theme on as many websites as you like, provided that you own each site. You are forbidden to resell or redistribute the theme to others."
Does this mean we will also have to sign up for yearly use in order to use the theme according to the terms - legally?

 

It is up to the buyer to purchase a valid license for the premium theme although there are plenty of free themes out there that are just as good if not better than the minimal theme is anyway.

If the bidding goes above $150 then we are willing to pay half of the cost of the license fee to help get the new owner set up. The license for a year is $19.95 if the buyer chooses to buy it and gives access to all the elegant themes in their collection.

Yeah that would be no problem. Already had someone ask me that as well as it happens. So yeah, if you won the site, I'd be willing to continue posting on the site and we can discuss rates and frequency then .
