PR3 Frugal Living Site For Slae

    This site was started in March and it got a PR3 on the last update and PR2 on the deep pages. It is very basic design but Google seems to visit quite often about once a week.

    The blogs are not included in the sale, they are on blogspot.

    There are 9 original articles that you have full rights to and one that my wife wrote "How to Save $1200 a Year the Easy Way"
    that is posted elsewhere and you will have to give a back link to that one if you wish to use it.

    There is a forum that has 22 members and I have not done a lot of promotion for but has good potential. Most frugal living sites hit high PR so the site has great potential.

    Included in the sale:
    I will give you all my passwords to the hosting service which is good until March 2008. They have not been very reliable so I would recommend switching as soon as you can. They have great up times but switch their servers often. If you wish to stay with them and want to past the time let me know as soon as possible and I will contact them for you. They offer $9.95 per year and say unlimited everything.

    All material on the site except the stuff already mentioned. You will need to switch the adsense ID and the affiliate ids which is quite easy. This site is all original and I will not be making another site the same.

    Free push in NameCheap which expires in 03/08.

    30 days of one of my DP signature line for the site. Free back links from all of my blogs for 3 months.


    There has not been a lot of income from this site but I have added it to several free directories and advertised it on various forums. I make no claims for future income.

    Reason for sell:
    I am starting to get busy Offline and do not have much time to keep up with updates. I am starting a political campaign in a week and am crunched for time.
