PR3 for a blog? Any good?

my friends blog is about 3 yrs old and i noticed now it has PR3. How much he might be earning?

 

If it is genuine, he could definitely earn $xx to $xxx yearly selling links.

 

And get banned, so go tell him to sell links. Why not write unique content, with a PR3 blog it will get indexed faster and make some money with some kind of affiliate program or just plain old adsense

 

If he sells links discreetly and exercises caution, there is no reason why he should be banned.

I never commented on whether it was ethical or not- I was answering his question as to how much he could earn.

 

Guys, in the early days of my blogging i registered this domain name exclusively for paid blogging purposes like payperpost, smorty , blogsvertise and .....

It was pr4 when i registered it... I started writing paid posts and when the update came i was hoping for the worst to happen. Guess what ??

It became pr5.

I minted another 1000 bucks from it and threw it later like cane bagasse.

 

I'd say PR3 is starting to be good to sell links. I definitely started making more money at that stage anyway. After, it also depends on the quality of the blog... PR is not everything.

 

Its difficult to guess how much a PR3 blog would be making. It depends on a lot of factors and there are so many different ways through which you can make money.

 

It depend on the niche of the blog, but I think you can make $$$ from it within a year.

 

I agree. It all depends on the niche. I too think that selling links might be risky though.

 

Selling links on PR3 is a only a short term strategy... get 40 or 50 bucks for four-five links and get the PR down to 1 or 2 in that time frame...

Try to some good private ad sales done and also concentrate on CPC (AdSense)... It's okay to write one or two paid reviews per month as well and that's not as bad as selling text links on the homepage

 

The PR value of 7-10 indicates that the site is very popular (or extremely important). PR value of 3 can be regarded as a common one. So you'd better continue to improve the PR value in order to make it a more popular website so that you can earn more.

Its not true a PR 3 blog gets alot of traffic!
My friend has a PR 3 blog but does not get much traffic, he has been blogging for a year now...

 

My blog is also have a PR3 rank but the traffic wasnt fantastic however it does provide me with good clicks and earnings.

 

how much traffic (uniques) you want to be satisfied? what numbers are we talking about?

 

The PR 3 in 3 years is easy to achieve as the blog is quite old but the real thing is whether it gets good traffic and is regulated updated.These factors will decide the earning
