    I need to sell this site so I can focus on some big projects I have coming up!

    Thats why I'm selling this at a very low price..

    Content is 100% unique and so is the design!

    Revenue

    The site makes anywhere from .20 to 2.00 a day through adsense

    However most of revenue comes from link sales.. I make around $100.00 a month with link sales.. Selling links at $1.00 each..

    Traffic

    Traffic aint to great id have to admit, but I haven't done to much advertising.. Site receives around 80+ uniques per day if not many many more..
