    Regarding links: When I search google for pages containing the siteurl.com, there are 100+ results. All of them are directory listings from directory submission we did for this website. I just checked the backlinks, and none of those are from sites owned by me.

    When I said 6 months, I meant links, IF ANY, from my sites (which I do not see any at all), they will definitely guranteed to be stay there as they are. That does not mean links will be removed from my websites, although as I said, none of our websites are linking out to this website.

    linkdomain on yahoo for this domain shows 300+ results. ZERO from my websites, and this site has never sold any links.

    The standard is 10-12 month income. I am asking for less then 8 month income. This income is just with 400 uniques a day. After the site gets out of sandbox, and starts to rank in google, it can double the income.

    yup, the BIN is based on what the site is making. If I get way less then the BIN, it's not worth the sale, specially with the zero maintenance part. Right ?
