PR3 Established Unique Myspace Site For Sale With Income

    I am looking to sell my PR3 Myspace site as I am broke and in desperate need of cash. The domain is acutemyspacelayout.com and is almost 1yr old (10 months) and has a current PR3.

    The site has not had any paid advertising in fact I completely forgot about it up until July of this year. The site currently gets traffic from link exchanges, direct type ins, Myspace visitors, and of course natural search engine traffic from related keywords like cute layouts and cute myspace layouts. I don't have time or money to promote it but if someone did work on building more links with proper anchor text the site could easily work its way to some first page rankings given its domain name.

    Currently the site has been running adsense and I just put up VC ads last night so I dont have any stats for those as I was not planning on selling the site until just today.

    I should also note that this site is unique it is not a turnkey script so you don't have to worry about 1000 other sites looking just like it.

    No the URL is fine with adsense and with Myspace. I have not done any mass commenting with this URL.

    This is the only site I have running adsense. The other two sites that you see in my sig are not mine those sigs are being rented out.
