    I am selling my established (~7 months old) topsite for an mmorpg game called Aion from NCSoft. It allows Aion fansite and forum webmasters to list their site in exchange for putting a button on it. The site receives around 1000 hits a day on average, which is 100% organic traffic. I have done virtually no advertising, and with a little bit of advertising this could be booming. Also, since the game isn't actually released yet, you will gain much more traffic after it comes out, so basically it is almost guaranteed to double or triple in traffic as soon as the game hits shelves.

    This may add to the benifit of your site, since the traffic will surely only increase over time and especially after release

    Yes, the game is still in development, which means traffic should go up a lot once it comes out...
