Reason for selling:
I'm trying to move into my own place, and I need to sell this to get the money for a down payment. I see alot of potential in this site, so I really don't want to have to sell it - but I need the money.

George B - Yes, there is adsense on the site. They are blended in with other ads as well, such as cpa empire, auction ads, etc.
