PR3 Domains with Hardly 3 or 4 Backlinks?

    A domain (without any content) has a pagerank of 3 but hardly has 3 to 4 backlinks? How is this possible?

    You can have a PR7 with a single backlink - do a search on DP, this question has already been answered a thousand times.
