    Does it have any PR or traffic? Are the backlinks subject to removal (i.e., how long has the site been different from the one it was linked originally)?

    I can tell you this:
    The PR is 3 since I've got the domain almost 1 year ago.
    It has survived all the PR updates (about 4-5), and its backlinks are strong and even from Microsoft.com .

    Its a great domain name and also has a value even without its PR.

    In conclusion:
    I really think that 60$ is a more than a reasonable price for such a domain.
