    I'm looking to buy a PR3+ domain. The cheaper the better.
    Requirements:

    1) DA > 1
    2) # Domain backlinks > 2
    3) No Fake PR
    4) No rubbish incomprehensible names
    5) Meaningful words domain
    6) Only .com .net .org
    7) Less than 20 letters.
    8) At least 1 year old
    9) Not dropped/expired
    10) Payment via Paypal
    11) To show that you have read through this list, all PMs must have the title: "I have an offer for you PR3 domain".
