    I am selling the website not a copy of vbulletin.. Vbulletin is registered to www.hotname.us and comes with the website.

    You still can not transfer it to a different person even while it stays with the website. A good friend of mine bought a site under these same circumstances, Vbulletin made it very clear it is NOT allowed.
