    Hi,

    I am selling an aged PR3 Dmoz listed Environmental Forum www.EnvironmentalPages.org

    I dont have time to actively promote this forum and I am sure in the right hands it would do much better as its a pretty lucrative niche.

    Google PR3
    Dmoz and Google Directory listed
    10000 indexed pages in Google
    5000 indexed pages in Yahoo

    I sold a couple of links on it here on DP and from that its making 35$ a month I am sure with a bit of effort it could make alot more.

    Will also include a Green PR2 Blog as part of the sale www.NaturaRedWeb.com

    The new owner would need to purchase a VBulletin License or convert the site over to PHPBB or similar.

    How much maintenance is involved with the site per day/per week? Also, how much is a VBulletin license?

    Hi,

    I spend little or no time on the site, I do a quick check for spam every day and thats it, 3 weeks ago hired a second admin with a better knowledge of Vbullettin to create some threads and make some improvements to the site and to try and attract more signups, I pay him $15 every two weeks for this.

    Prices for Vbulletin can be checked on the Vbulletin website , I think they are about $190.
    I actually have an owned VBulletin license which I purchased recently for the site as it used to be on a leased license but under VBulletins license agreement it would not be transferable, hence why a new owner would need to consider migrating it to phpbb or other forum script as purchasing a VB license is expensive.

    2092 registered users , not many active posters not sure how to pull this stat in VB to be honest.
    Looking at the stats in the bottom there are always lurkers about getting them to sign up instead of lurking would be key to making the site more active.
    Traffic seems to anywhere from 10-30 uniques a day , I guess the lurkers I see might be bots spidering the site or something.

    The site ranks well for the terms Environmental Forum , ECO Forum and of course Environmental Pages
