    I'm selling my SEO/Webmaster blog - onlineforsuccess.com. The site is listed in DMOZ and it's PR3. The content is unique, and the domain is 9 years old. Recently it has been neglected and undermonetized. The $30/month revenue comes from link sales.

    What are the details of the link sales? Are they permanent, monthly, or annual? How long do they have to stay up on the site?

    Most of the links are one-time deals for 6 months and they get removed when they exipre.

    We could work out a deal where I would refund the money to the link buyers if the site buyer insists on removing the links immediately.
