    I am selling an 8 months old PR3 Web Directory, here are the details:

    Daily Hits: 4000+ Hit
    Alexa Rank: 66k
    Revenue : Recently changed the directory to paid, few sales in the month (2-3 sales) ~ $20-$30/month

    @khalid: It is all about how good the backlinks are, site currently have few PR4 backlinks and good PR3 links which is enough to gain PR3

    @Rod: Currently have 9700+ sites as the directory used to be free one, also have 15+ featured links.

    Are the backlinks paid, or from your own sites?
    I am interested, but concerned about the page rank dropping after the sale.
