Pr3 directory - Currently only 49 active links

    This directory has always been paid so there are very few active links, this means there are potentially alot of categories with no links in them.

    Standard submissions are only $5 for a perm link.

    Should you really be charging when there are hardly any entries present?

    Doesn't make sense to me.
