    I have a PR3 Dating / Relationship related site for sale.

    This site is very well aged but did not focus on promoting it due to other commitment and projects.

    Am looking at $1,500 or nearest offer. Alternatively, give me your counter offer and I will be happy to consider.

    Nope - there is neither traffic (or not much) and some adsense income and that was about it.

    I paid $500 to get it set up together with a partner who wanted to get into the dating niche but later backed out. I leave it alone as it was never my interest.

    OK - I doubt you will get $1500 for it though. You might want to set up your forum - instead of having the test forum thing.

    PR just moved from 3 to 1.

    Hardly any revenue nor traffic - as mentioned before.

    Forget the 1500 price tag - just name a price, I will be happy to consider

    2nd option - willing to trade it for automotive site.
