    You should probably list some of those good backlinks for people to see. Because I see close to 200,000 spammy "fake oakley sunglasses" anchor text backlinks to a site that was used to sell fake sunglasses - "Disocunt Oakley Sunglasses Sale On Our Outlet store" (they couldn't even spell "Discount" correctly on their home page!). You should probably add the domain to your Google Webmaster Tools to see if Google has added a manual penalty to the domain.
