    Would the buyer need to put the sitewide link to EasySiteNetwork in order to be in compliance?

    Plus where are the 20K recipes (I only see 100) - I am interested mostly in that database.

    no not at all because i baught mine from the orignal owner that coded it :)

    i have the other recipes in a zip file which i have not had the time to ad them to the database so at the moment there in doc files plus i can get you more recipes as well

    PS: if it is looked at as a turnkey site after you modify the layout and design then yes i will say its a turnkey site

    no there is no bin price its open to offers and to ad the recipes to the SQL DB there is a admin area that allows you to ad recipes just looking to pass it on to some one that has more time then me since i am tied up with what i have taken on and the new owner will not need to worry about the webhosting since it can stay where it is for another 9 months free of charge :)
