Selling PR3 .com with Over 40 pages Insurance Keywords

    Up for auction is ActiveInsurance3.com which is a PR3 website with lots of unique content. I purchased the domain name not too long ago and developed this website under it.

    Some pages need to be completed (like Reviews and Site Map and some ad units need to be placed) but other than that the website is fully completed.

    Needs to be submitted to Google Search Engine and ready to make money.

    XML Sitemap created and submitted to Google as long as META tag updates with keywords. I listed the site for just 3 days because I get paid in a few days and won't need to sell it anymore.

    The amount of hours I spent working on the site would come out to be about $0.30 per hour for my work if sold at $300 :)

    Just posted the Google Analytics data. I inserted the Analytics code recently so that is why there is no traffic for previous days. I am actually seeing some traffic already and I did not expect any traffic at all :) I think realistically this website should generate 100 to 200 unique visitors per day after Google indexes all the pages. There is about 20,000 words of content on this website, if you would pay $0.01 per word for the content, the content alone would cost you $200 (not counting the template, the domain, and all the graphic work such as logos). If I would sell this website for $300, I calculated that I would earn about $0.50 per hour working on this website :( My goal is not to sell the website, I just want to see how much it is worth on the market. Hopefully no one will buy it :) Way too much work... (I received $1300 direct deposit for my affiliate program commissions on my other websites today so all the bills are paid now and selling this website at these prices would really hurt, I would rather post another 60 pages of content and keep it going).     Hello,

    For those of you still watching this website auction I attached some of the latest Google Analytics traffic info for the past day or so. It looks like there is some organic traffic coming from Google (I attached keywords report) as well as some direct traffic and traffic from referrals. As you all know I recently launched this website, so I do not know how the traffic will go on this website myself. I did create an XML sitemap and submit it do Google a few days ago, so it looks like it finally indexed this website.

    Hope to see more traffic in the next few days...
