Selling PR3 College Entertainment Site

    I might be interested in selling my college entertainment site. The site is PR3 so at the very least you could make a lot of money selling links. We have not really focused on monetizing the site but rather building unique content. There are over 60 original posts. If you had someone write all those articles and design the pictures yourself you would spend around $1,000 on content alone.

    Most of the revenue has been from cpa ads, adsense, and infolinks. All you need to do is boost the traffic to this site and it is a money maker. We were able to sell a vertical ad space for $50 per month for 2 months. But again I stress the fact that we really have not tried with this site to make money. You will also get our YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter accounts. We have 281 fans on Facebook and 463 followers on Twitter.

    There has been a lot of work put in to this site, but we have too many projects that need attention and I think I need to let this one go. I would like $6,000 for the site but I entertain offers. You will also get a couple of articles that we have not published yet. Please PM all offers. Thanks!

    I use host gator as my host and pay $10 per month. We will need to transfer all files to your host.

    Only $6,000? The site makes $50/month and gets what, 60 visitors per day? I'll make my money back in ONLY 10 years! In case you didn't pick up on the sarcasm, you're asking for a ludicrous amount of money. I've bought and sold websites and nobody will purchase "potential" for $6,000. It's a decent looking site and probably does have some potential, but $6,000? Come on guy, be realistic. I'd offer $500 based on the facts you listed above.
