    I am selling this site as I currently do not have the time or resources to take it to the next level. I set up the site to be a local classified ads site, categories and local postcodes have all been done.
    However, i never got round to promoting it.
    So i have decided to let it go to the right hands.
    Site is based on the popular Wordpress CMS. Runs on the classified ad script Classipress.
    The site homepage currently boasts a PR3, while all home categories have a PR1, the blog page also has its own PR1.
    This is a very nice site to add to your collection and can easily be converted to a general classified site.
    You also have the benefit of an ad domain name in ADSHOT.ORG.
    Please this is a new site and so no revenue or traffic is claimed.

    Google recently updated its PR and the site benefited from this. I have had the domain for a while. And frankly, if you know what you are doing, it is very easy to increase your PR. Also, part of the benefits was the category and some inner pages PR to the site.
