So today we have a sports / hockey site for sale about the NHL team the Chicago Blackhawks (HawksHockey.com).

Site is Word Press CMS based with several good plugins loaded with it. The theme is a licensed Solostream premium wordpress theme ($59 value) that has been altered and customized. Site has latest version of Wordpress & theme as well as all plugins are up to date. The site has a nice clean custom look and is very easy to use, manage and run.

Domain google ranked PR3 with namecheap.com and will push the domain to any namecheap account (free). Domain has been online since 2009.

Over 300 pages indexed in Google with several backlinks from related sites. The site does have traffic (between 1200 and 2000 uniques during the hockey season with more when the team does well such as during the playoffs and when they do good) and some revenue has been generated from adsence (about $80 past year), links sales ($150 past year) and cj.com (about $60 past year). It is a pretty nice starter site that is easy to run for someone to build upon.
