    Hey,
    Fixxxation.com is PR3 Blog and is 11years old.I have been adding fresh and unique to content to it for the past 2 months.Almost all post on this website rank with in top 100 for their title keywords.Post's also tend to get indexed within minutes of publishing.It also has a very strong back link profile.The site is monetized using Fivrr.com where I charge 5$ for publishing one post with a link to the customers site.This link stays on my home page for about two weeks passing on a lot of link juice to the customer.You can monetize it in the same manner or use some other mode of monetization

    All the traffic it is getting is a 100% search engine traffic and I don't do any addition effort on back linking or traffic generation.
    The site also has a Thesis premium theme installed on it.

    The Actual age of the domain is 11 years,i.e. it was first registered 11 years ago but I Registerd it on 2nd Feb 2012.You can use Domain tools or some other tool to double check this as well .
