    2. fully html - no backend
    3. totally unique content and layout/design
    4. domain registered at namecheap - free push
    5. negligible income and traffic

    also:
    1. there are existing 5-6 links in the content that are paid permanent links - these will have to stay even after the purchase of the site
    2. once of the footer links in the homepage is a paid link - expires in less than 1 year's time
