    Had this site been priced more reasonably, I would buy it now. At $1,500, it will take me nearly two years to recoup my investment. Moreover, you only show one month of AdSense proof.

    Your top searched keyword is b templates. Blogger templates would have been a better keyword. Your earnings are only for a one month period. So there is no way to guarantee the income. You domain is also not aged.

    And most importantly, all of your templates are copied from premiumbloggertemplates.com. Unless premiumbloggertemplates.com is your site, I presume you have permission to redistribute their work?

    Why don't you answer his questions on here so you can save us all the trouble. Considering the average monthly rev. would be less than $60.. i would say it would take you more than 2 years to recoup your investment.
    Also, what's going to happen when the other site demands you remove their templates... you're screwed... I swear.. I wouldn't buy this site even if it was on sale for $100... its more trouble than its worth.

    I just added adsense only, you can apply http://buysellads.com its great for earning. and there have lot affiliate programs for earning.i can give proof for January too if you are serious buyer. i used blogspot.com for earlier.so i bought a top level domain last December.

    There have lot of sites blogger templates in this site, not only premiumbloggertemplate. we keep their designer URL and Author URL.
    Please kindly check other blogger template sites also, they also doing same.Some templates are submitted by owner for publishing. hope you got the answer.

    just so eveyone would know as well, seller is not sharing analytics for review.

    to boot, who un the right mind would rather use infolinks than adsense when it gets like 10% of adsense income? why push us to other advertising platforms?
