    In other words, what is it about the site that makes it worth $250 USD beyond the very low revenue? :)

    At $6.25/month you won't get a check from Google until mid 2007. :rolleyes:

    site has good traffic which is growing and a steady pr
    after all I have the right to ask the amount that I consider it worths

    first, the site wasn't optimized for adsense
    so the revenues could be much higher
    yes, the site has great potential as the number of visitors is growing
    I wouldn't sell it for $40 even this would be the only offer left in the world :)
