I am selling this new-ish forum based around Webmasters and a small amount of services.

The forum currently has 246 posts and 19 members. We have a couple of staff members which are active.

The reason i am selling this because i don't have enough time to run it anymore, I've got other things going on at the moment.

The forum has a very nice design, custom icons, all set up and ready to go, it has been advertised on over 50+ websites and forums, indexed on google and hits coming from google as well.

The domain is currently PR3 and registered at http://www.n4me.eu/, domain has a little over 9 months left on it.

how are you pr3, when google shows as no sites linked to you ? ( no backlinks)

Most of them are from High PR Sites, probably why my PR is so high, plus, i have advertised on lots of sites in the past few weeks, i am not sure how long this normally takes to update on googles end (ie showing backlinks) but when ever it updates there will be a lot more.
