PR3, 57k inbound links and not showing for keyword

Maybe someone know whats wrong... I've got a site already PR3. Really good content. SEO optimized (or so I think) with quality backlinks (57k inbound links from related sites) yet I'm not showing up for my keyword on even the top 10 google pages :/

    Anyone have any ideas?

    1) make sure the backlinks your getting contain the keywords your targeting
    2) make sure your not linking to "bad link partners" or shady sites.. anything illegal or spammy
    3) the first 3-6 months google seems to hold back listings from top positions.. even if your not "in the sandbox" it seems like we gotta build up a trustrank?
    4) Don't get incoming links TOO fast... If you got all those links too quickly (more then 8 per day or so) then your in the google sandbox. Better make a castle.

then it means you have not used the anchor text properly.Did you use keywords phrase variants well ? Eventhough you have so many links, if the anchor text is not proper its useless !

57k backlinks is a LOT of backlinks. Are you detecting them with google, yahoo or a.n. other?

P:r has nothing to do with the ranking

57k backlinks (did you use corect anchor text ?) anyway it depends on many factors competition / quality backlinks / from where they come etc etc ...

Not many sites in the top 30,000 have have 570 back links let alone 57,000. I think you are doomed for unnatural, spammy links. If you had 57k quality links, you would be like a newspaper or wikipedia or something.

One of my sites went from a PR 8 to 4 last month. It was like waking up in the morning and looking down at my family jewels and realizing that they are about half the size then the night before.
