I am working on some bigger projects now and I'd like to sell this site.

A lot the traffic is from search engines. When I have it within the top 4 or even on the front page for it's most searched keywords, "itunes codes" "free itunes codes" I get hundreds of visitors per day.

It's generally always top 2 in Yahoo and Bing for these search terms.

I put this site up in March 2010. It made around $175 USD in March, $570 USD in April, and $530 USD in May.

I have also been able to sell a couple links since it has some PR.

There are also around 50 videos on different video sharing sites that bring in a good amount of type-in traffic and referring site traffic.

With no promotion at all, this site will continue to do at least $300-$400 per month. I hardly promoted it at all and it continues to bring in revenue.

This is a reward site that you really don't need to spend any time on. Users come on and do surveys, and you are paid. Most do not complete enough surveys to get paid out.

I have paid out $100 in surveys and the site has generated about $1275 since it's inception.

The site has been custom designed and also programmed to include an aweber autoresponder.

Although the site itself has around 3600 members in the database, only about 1600 are collected into an aweber account that will be transferred via .csv to the new owner. This is because I didn't get the script customized to include aweber until late april.
