    I tried to build a Lawn Mower site on it, which is a great AdSense niche in early spring till summer and also a good affiliate niche since most products are around $1000 a piece.

    I failed miserably because i am not US native and i never seen a lawnmower in real life, lol. Also i am not familiar with us measures like yards and feets and such. Writing articles for it was a pain. And Google noticed :D so trafic was and is low.

    Maybe someone can make a better job.
