Selling PR3 - 1,500,000 Competitors - Excelent Earnings

This has been my main website for a whole year now, but time has come to move on and it has started to slow down, due to my work in other more profitable niches/websites.

It has been on page#1 of Google and it is easy to get him back there if you have a bit of spare time. Its main keyword has 1,500,000 competitors with exact match and 2,900,000 with broad match.

I can move and install the website into the server of the new owner.

All the earnings are from an health affiliate that anyone can sign up and has an excellent record of payments all around the web.

 

Which keywords does the website rank for?

You must be earning from many different affiliate networks, isn't this making it hard to tell how much this website is making?

Which program do you use for the e-mail list, And how many are on the list? Is this a double opt-in? Have you sold anything to the list in the past few months?

I am only using one affiliate network here, and obviously the keywords won't be disclosed here in the thread (PM is ok), but the main keyword is available at a glance.

The capture software is a plugin and records all adresses in the site's database, available to export to gmail, yahoo, live, outlook... There must be around 50/60 adresses, as I have installed it like a month ago or something and am yet to send them an email.

You can cashout from the aff network using PayPal, payoneer, cheque or wire transfer.

 

Just a small update. It's back on page #1 since yesterday and has upped a couple places.

Also, shud see some improvements on the next few days, since most sites up there are supported by content farms and article sites (which google is picking up and penalizing any moment now).
