    I have a one year old website setup on wordpress which allows users to register and post. There are 75 posts and 85 users. The website is PR2.

    The website hasn't earned much in the way of adsense, but would like to sell at a decent price because of the PR and because the installation has been customised to allow users to post without seeing the wordpress back end.
