Selling my PR2 weight loss blog which has unique content because I need some money urgently.

Site has 69 published posts and the latest 3 posts are posted by guest posters and I am getting contact emails by asking permission for guset posting from guest posters after the site got PR2 with the latest PR update. If you can get more back links and higher PR you can increase the guest postings rather than publishing posts by yourself.

Domain name is registered until 2014 and will be pushed to the buyer's NameCheap account.

Buyer should has the knowledge in handling a WordPress site, uploading web files and database to his web hosting and the other basics.
