PR2 web directory unique design (not penalized)

I am selling the following web directory

It comes with a unique one off design (you get all rights)

The directory was setup in september and has a page rank of 2

As you can see from the images provided it averages around 1500 uniques a month and around 50000 page views and growing all the time

Site averages between 30-50 submissions a day

It has a couple of mods installed including deeplinks, latest news and article submissions

The domain is registered with namecheap.com until sept 2008

I have also included screenshots of the keywords.

Site gets indexed very quickly by google i posted a news article on `reasons you shouldnt get married` and if you search that term in google it is number 5 after just 2 days

site has 1430 indexed pages and alexa of under 200`000

It also has a unique category structure
