    I have a general web directory for sale. It just increased to PR2 from a PR0 in this latest google update. I've kept it free and just made a little through adsense though can be monetized by selling featured links or even turned into a paid directory.

    Averages over 90 unique visitors per day and over 300 pageloads per day

    Yes you can easily adjust in admin panel and add the option to charge for featured links, even regular links too.
