Hi guys,

I am unfortunately looking to sell one of my favorite sites which I have worked on for more then a year. All content is completely unique and has been written by myself.

There is nearly 60,000 words of unique and optimized content spread over nearly 100 pages. The site is PR2 however there are plenty of new and relevant high pr inbound links so I am expecting for the site to get up to PR4 shortly. Last month the site received nearly 5000 unique visitors.

The Phuket guide ranks very well with the search engine for many popular Phuket related keywords (including first page for a number of popular keywords).

The site earned just over 70 USD last month with Adsense and income could be increased considerably with a hotel affiliate program due to the large number of unique visitors that come to the site each month.

I am interested in receiving bids from any member that is interested. All bids will be considered.

One year revenue doesnt base on one month income.

 

You are absolutely right however my Adsense revenue has been pretty steady for over half a year so this is not a one time peak. It is slowly increasing month by month.
