Selling PR2 Tech News (Auto) Site - Low BIN

    Few days back I had listed this verizoniphoneguide.info site in a DP thread. which ended without getting bids.

    Now, I am listing it here after reducing the BIN price drastically, as I am planning to close this sale to focus on our other sites.

    And, the recent Google PR update has given PR2 for this site.

    Even if this site is relatively new, it has earned around $150 USD from various ways (AdSense + Paid link + Paid posting).


    Let me summarize the key things.

    -PR2 site.
    -provides automated Tech new
    - Having lot of manual posts also (own posts, Guest posts, paid posts)
    -Developed SEO friendly.
    -Done lot of SEO promotion
    -Classified Ads feature (both free & paid) is also added into this site.
    - Since this site is about iPhones, adSense cpc is good.
    - And, you can earn by allowing paid posts.
    - And, you can earn by allowing paid classifieds ads after getting more traffic.
    - Few weeks before this site got good traffic from Google for many important keywords such as "verizon iphone manul". But some how the traffic got reduced now. We are doing lot of promotion to bring back the traffic.
    - Yahoo is shwoing more than 190 back links.
    - Google has indexed more than 7K pages.
    - And, it is having our custom developed Social bookmarking which can tweet the link automatically once after getting links from NewsBot. Bookmarking can be done manually also. Bookmarklet can also be used. Integrated this module with phpbb forum.

    So, use the BIN option if you want to own this site.

    I think this happening after google's system recognizes duplicate contents. Thats the main problem with auto blogs. :(

    How much traffic does the site get now? is the $150 monthly or since it is online?

    @sabato I just came to know about sales of similar niche Auto blog site in Flippa. It was sold for $1,250 .
    Note that that site was NOT having any PR, Alexa rank and manual posts. So, it seems Auto blogs are still selling at good price. And, therefore I have increased the BIN slightly. (Since no one placed the bid, I was able to change the BIN)
