Selling PR2 Teacher / Educaiton Blog w/ traffic

I want to sell a PR2 teacher / education blog. This blog was run by my wife who is a first grade teacher. However, she doesn't have time for it anymore.

All the blog posts are unique. She's posted about lesson plans, fun things in the classroom, tips & ideas, crafts, etc.

Site runs on Wordpress. There are 70 posts and 26 comments.

Traffic is about 65% from search engines, 25% referring sites and 10% direct.
