    I am selling my registry cleaner niche site, as I no longer have time for it. The site currently ranks on the first page of Google for its search terms which have a combined exact search volume of over 14,000 a month in Google alone. Keyword #1 is "Microsoft Registry Cleaner" which gets 6,600 exact searches per month in Google (18,100 broad searches). Keyword #2 is "Windows Registry Cleaner" which gets 8,100 exact searches per month (90,500 broad searches).
