PR2 Proxy Site For Sale - Traffic + Revenue

    General Description: This site is about 5 months old. I never really promoted it in the beginning. I stumbled it, and did some general word to mouth, but in the month of Oct, I've been promoting it a bit harder. The last few weeks I've used an easy simple technique to boost it's traffic.

    It's mainly getting 150-250 uniques a day with only easy promotion. There is a lot of potential in the site to make it grow. I'm just selling this site because I'm I'm looking to acquire funds to invest it in a new site I've been planning.

    The traffic is mainly US traffic. Other than that it's also European Countries. If you really need proof of this then I'd be more than happy to help.

    Adsense is only showing that it has made around 4.46 or so, but it has been a known problem that the channel reporting has been screwy for the last week, and in actuality, it has made around 5-6 dollars.

    The domain is regged at Namecheap and it's a free push :)

    I'd be happy to answer any questions, or get any extra stats. Basically this site has a lot of potential, and I haven't really promoted it, it's a nice site to let it sit and get a little pocket change.

    If the buyer wants, I can install a script to reduce the bandwidth and make it more efficient. I just haven't put it on because I have a lot of bandwidth on my hosting plan, and I just let it sit there.

    Auction ends tonight if the reserve price is met.

    Yesterday it got a little over 200 uniques, and today it's getting 160 uniques with the day not over. Between the two days it has made around 50 cents from adsense. So it's not bad, it's a good site to keep in the backburner and make a little something here and there :)
