Selling PR2 Proxy blog, templates, with PR1 Proxy list.

HI,
I'm selling my two years old PR2 Proxy blog http://www.proxystash.org, its proxy blog with templates for phproxy, glype. It has a PR1 proxy list section as well http://www.proxystash.org/proxy-sites.

Website Back-end:
The is site is using wordpress with premium wordpress theme and the proxy list section is using a script which I don't know but have admin section for adding, deleting, editing and managing premium listings, they both have a matching theme.

Traffic:

Revenue:
There are multiple revenue streams for the site. Adsense, Premium listings, Blog posts, popups, cpa.
The site was earning about $20-30 from adsense before my account got banned last month. And it earned round about $40 by selling premium listings last month dec 2010.

Backlinks and Promotion:
The site has more than 6000 backlinks. The site can easily get backlinks by recp links when someone wants to submit their proxy sites. And the templates also have a linkback to the site. The site was heavily promoted using proxy lists, emails, and yahoo groups.
