PR2 Niche motorcycle site, $50+/month stable revenue, unique content

Traffic:
55 uniques a day, 110 adsense impressions

Revenue:
average $1.60/day for last 30 days, $1.85/day last 3 months. All adsense, been very stable.

Promotion:
Kind of my first site, so its been promoted in many differant ways. Directory submissions, forum links, sig links and most recently social network submission and bookmarking. Backlinks are still rising in google from some article submission I done a while back. Most of the promotion has been done manually by me, with some paid social bookmarking.

Additinal Info:
I have heavily promoted the Insurance page, as the adsense clicks are $1+/click. Click through rate has always been good, and CPC & eCPM are also strong. All content is handwritten by me, 100% unique. Site has good search engine rankings, especially Google. With a small amount of SEO on some of the main keywords I would expect traffic to increase dramatically.

Design:
I was planning to give the site a nice new design prior to selling, unfortunatly I have not had time. This design is not the best, it does however produce a great CTR .

Sale Info:
All payments via Paypal within 24 hrs of the end of the auction.
Auction closes in 48hrs provided Im happy with the price, I do reserve the right not to sell, but Im not here to waste my time or yours.

I have spent no time whatsoever for the last 5 months promoting the site. The most effective promotion was the paid social bookmaring submission, this takes about 5 mins and costs about $3.
The site has not been updated for over 8 months. Rankings have improved over this time period through my link building, but ofcourse, traffic will improve with regular updates.

There is plenty on the site mate, and yes, you could call it MFA, same as any site created with the intention of monetising the site with adsense. The site has good rankings, 40% of visitors spend more than 30 secs on the site, with 25% more than 5 mins, and I also have several returning visitors per day, so it can't be that bad
*edit - remember, all content is unique, hand written by myself.

I take it you wont be making an offer on this site, and would appreciate any non sales related opinions/observations to be made via PM instead of bumping the thread for no good reason.
