PR2 Myspace Site With 4 yr Old Domain!!! Making Money!!!

    Ok well I decided to sell my site www.kalatma.com as I am needing the money for a custom site I am having built for me. The domain kalatma.com is an established (brandable) 4 yr old domain that I purchased as part of an SEO project and no longer need or have the time for. The site has constant traffic which comes from search engines (mainly google) and from link exchanges I have done and has been averaging around $2.50 a day ($75 a month) with adsense.

    The layout of the site is nothing flashy and was built with SEO in mind but the sites content is almost all unique so there are no duplicate content problems that most other myspace sites have.

    The site was a PR2 when purchased and has had alot of link building done but has remained a PR2 during this strange PR update even though the BL count in Google has increased as the site now shows 138 BL's in Google.

    I am looking for some fair offers as this is an older, brandable domain. Here is what I put into the site so far.

    I check out some layout, the reference code are as below. Can you explain why it is getting images from premadelayouts.biz and the generated link to myspace-background-codes.com . Also would you correct this problem upon file transfer?

    It is getting its images from premadelayouts.biz because I owned that site up till last month and also myspace-backgrounds-codes.com is owned by me right now. Yes I can change the link back to point to kalatma.com
