I am still trying to get rid of mixedmartialartscentral.org
If I don't sell it then I'll just let if expire next time it rolls around. I really don't have time for it anymore and am willing to let it go for a decent price however I won't let it go for less than 200 dollars. The hosting and VBulletin license is well worth that.

The hosting is the Baby package at HostGator. So you'll receive unlimited diskspace, bandwidth and domains. You also receive $50 google adwords cause I never used it. You can check the screen shots provided to confirm that you receive free hosting for a free months.

With the VBulletin license, you'll receive a VBulletin license for Vbulletin 4 which means that you'll never have to pay for VBulletin ever again unless you wish to upgrade the forum software.

The website is currently making $15 a month on the ads on the front page. Whoever buys the website is automatically begin making $15 a month which will be paid to their PayPal. The website has the potential to make more money using Google Adsense and other ad networks. With a little work the website and forum could become something very big. I just don't have time or patience for it anymore and really really really want to get rid of it asap. So please somebody buy it! Thanks for looking

I'm interested in bringing your forum back to life.

    Can we reach an agreement?

I will let you keep the revenue from the frontpage with the ads that you're using for a full year and you let me run the site.

If it works, you'll get more than 15 USD per month during this period and I will support the expenses with hosting and domain registration.

It's better than letting the site just die, what do you think?

Maybe man but I would rather just get rid of it completely. Don't really wanna be tied to anything on the internet to be honest with you. Would rather be free of the internet and not have to worry about anything online. However, if I don't find anybody willing to purchase the site pretty soon I might try to come to an agreement with you

Ok, let me know whenever you want to give it a shot.

In either case, also hope you find a good buyer.

If you dont mind me being honest, it isnt really. typically you can look at 6-10 months revenue and also you really cant turn a site into greater profits quickly when the revenue and traffic is mostly forum. I have a few forums and it is totally a high traffic, penny collecting exercise to make any money. Your posts in the blog section are just results and wont really rank high and if you go back to some older posts, they are just rants with a lot of curse words - none good for Google rankings.

I certainly wouldnt "rent it" to anyone like being suggested above, but if you truly want to get rid of it, expect $100. I wouldnt move it from Drupal because then you will lose for tight integration with the forum. Wordpress and forums will take you well more than $200 worth of your time away from you...

Good luck! You just need a MMA fan with no site to grab it from you.

my point was merely to describe how people are looking at the offer. I presume your offer was from an MMA fan looking for a site like I stated. Again good luck.

I guess he's got two threads trying to sell this site now. I bid the $100 that itliberty had guessed you'd receive so I guess he does know a thing or two about it. I'm not necessarily the biggest MMA fan out there, but I definitely would enjoy taking over the blog and becoming one. I watch most of the fights and some reruns as well as the ultimate fighter (and I played UFC 2009, and preordered UFC 2010). So I'm definitely a fan and would enjoy taking over a blog that's established. I would post daily on it.
