Selling PR2 LAW niche autoblog website, never monitized, strong search engine traffic

I have been doing some site inventory and found a few dozen sites that have gone neglected in my portfolio. Since I have been focusing efforts on a dozen sites that are making me some good money there have been many more that I never got around to fully monetizing. Lawandlawyers.info is one of those sites.

It gets decent search engine traffic and is ranking very high for a few law related keywords. I never attempted to monetize the site but it has very good potential for anyone who puts the time into it.

To date it has been on autopilot and run as an autoblog. Content has been pulled mostly from Youtube and has required about 2 minutes of work per month.

Domain is registered with namecheap and I will do a free push to the winner.

I will supply 1 month free hosting for the site in order to give you time to get it moved or I can supply cheap yearly hosting to you.

I had never installed analytics, all traffic info is from Statpress and Awstats.
